The CSDC is pleased to announce its upcoming methods seminar:
Advanced issues in cross-national multilevel research: tests for harmful multicollinearity, and tests for influential cases
May 13, 2016
9am – 12pm
Room 430, 3610 McTavish Street, McGill University
Workshop outline: Cross-national and cross-regional multilevel research has become increasingly popular in political science over the last decade. However, there are structural challenges when applying these models to cross-national data, especially when sample sizes are small. This brief seminar provides ways to test and tackle two of the most common issues: (harmful) multicollinearity and influential cases.
