Title: The nation redefined: A comparative analysis of conceptions of national identity in the PQ, the CAQ, QS and the PLQ.
My essay focuses on a comparative analysis of the conceptions of national identity held by the PQ, the CAQ, QS, and the PLQ. My research question explores the extent to which these competing conceptions of the Quebec nation reflect distinct logics of inclusion and exclusion, and what they reveal about the state of contemporary Quebec nationalism.
