Title: The framing of the drafting process of Bill 82, An Act respecting the national digital identity and amending other provisions (2019–2025).
This doctoral research aims to understand the discursive process that accompanied the development of the digital identity public policy, particularly with a view to facilitating its social acceptability. Media framing theory makes it possible to examine how various societal actors constructed and legitimized their representations of digital identity between 2019 and 2025.
