Title: The Arts as a Contribution to Sustainable Health: Developing a Music Composition Method to Support the Fulfilment of Universal Human Needs
This interdisciplinary research, situated at the intersection of sustainable health, humanistic psychology, and artistic practices, focuses on developing a music composition method aimed at supporting the fulfilment of universal human needs. Grounded in a research-creation approach, it draws on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
