Title: Media coverage of the conflict between international NGOs and the Cameroonian government from 2014 to 2022.
Since 2014, Boko Haram has maintained its hold on the northern part of Cameroon, while a secession crisis has hit the English-speaking part. Throughout the world, crises lead to the intervention of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for humanitarian and, above all, human rights issues.
But in a country like Cameroon, relations between Western NGOs and the Cameroon government are not good. The problem is to know how it is possible that the conflictual dimension of the relationship between NGOs and the government determines a consequent polarisation of the media coverage of the said conflict?
