The CSDC Director is also the representative of his university. The CSDC Coordinator serves as a non-voting member of the Steering Committee. The Director is an ex-officio member. University representatives have a three (3) year term which can be renewed for up to one (1) term.<\/p>\n<p>The Steering Committee has the following responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the CSDC scientific programming of the CSDC;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the budget and submit it to the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the budget, staff, CSDC\u2019s material resources and scholarship and grant programs;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the annual report of the CSDC and submit it to the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n<li>Appoint an associate director;<\/li>\n<li>Approve of new Full Members and Collaborators;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the ongoing monitoring of the CSDC activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Current Steering Committee members are:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_4,1_4,1_4,1_4&#8243;
