This reseach aims to evaluate the connection between cultural identity integration and individuals well-being in a romantic relationship (couple), according to the integration of the partner’s identity to the self. More specifically, this research seeks to determine if the partner’s cultural identity integration to the self might have an impact on indidivuals well-being.

HYPOTHESIS:

Studies are showing that cultural identity integration is associated with psychological well-being, and the partner’s identity integration to self often generates protection and well-being in stressful situation (as immigration). Accordingly, we suggest that partner’s identity integration to the self moderates the impact of cultural identity integration on well-being.
